Thirty-five years ago, in Quebec’s Eastern Townships, Michel and Louise set out to bring an ambitious vision to life: to build a company capable of meeting the needs of the manufacturing industry with rigour, agility, and commitment.

From the very beginning, they were surrounded by a team of builders who believed in the vision and helped lay the foundations of a strong organisation. Together, they structured the company’s first services, established processes, and developed the systems needed to support projects and drive the company’s growth.

What began as a strong entrepreneurial vision gradually evolved into an organisation recognised for the quality of its solutions and the strength of its business relationships.

Ecopak’s first activities focused on industrial packaging services. Very quickly, the company evolved by adapting to the growing needs of its partners.

Projects multiplied, challenges became more complex, and our teams developed new areas of expertise.

Over time, Ecopak expanded its scope of operations into manufacturing assembly, taking on increasingly complex projects. This natural evolution led to the integration of new strategic capabilities, including supply chain management, enabling us today to provide our partners with complete and integrated manufacturing solutions.

But while Ecopak has evolved and grown over the years, it has done so above all thanks to the strong relationships built throughout its history.

The company has grown through the contributions of many people and organisations who believed in the vision and played a role in its success:

Today, Ecopak is a well-established company with operations in Quebec and Mexico, employing more than 450 people who contribute every day to the continued growth of the organisation and support the projects of our industrial partners.

These 35 years are a testament to how far we have come, but they also remind us of what has always been at the heart of the company: an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to adapt, and the strength of working together.
